CASA's 10-bed shelter serves women, women with children, and gender diverse people who identify with women-oriented services.

CASA's continuum of program supports meets people where they are, including single mothers, seniors, Indigenous women, Queer and Trans people, gender diverse people, and newcomers whose paths to stability look different from the standard model. 

Programs include Foundations for Independence, Senior Pathways to Independence, Bridge to Learning, Working Forward, Community Café, Teaching Charity Partnership Model, The Harvest Table, and a Sensory Garden and Therapeutic Green Space.

The types of donations that CASA needs to help empower people include:

• Non-perishable food
• Coffee, sugar, and flour
• Dried pasta, rice, and shelf-stable grains
• Unopened packages of diapers and feminine hygiene products
• Childrens school supplies
• Sealed hygiene products such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, and deodorant
• Sealed shampoo and conditioner

Thank you to everyone for generously offering to donate items to support the community members that CASA supports. At the moment, CASA is unable to accept:

• Dishes, cups, mugs, and utensils
• Pots and pans
• Clothing
• Bedding
• Other fabric items
• Electronics
• Mattresses
• Furniture
